Church programmes
Children's activities
Children and young people of all ages are very welcome at our Sunday worship. We have all-age family-centred worship for the first twenty minutes of our time together, and then the younger members of our church family go to their specialist groupings.
- Children's group (4-7 years old)
- Boys group (8 plus)
- Girls group (8 plus)
Our groups use programme material integrated with our common Lectionary themes and we have a special WOW (Wonders of Worship) activity for the groups combined.
On regular occasions we have full all-age worship services in which our children and young people participate throughout.
Bible Study and home group programme
We have a range of Study and growth sessions each week. These include:
- Studying a book on spiritual growth (Monday evenings)
- Discipleship Growth Group (Tuesdays 18.00 - 20.00)
- Bible study on the forthcoming Lectionary passages (Thursdays 18.30-20.00)
Mission
As a BWA Global Impact Church we are involved in mission enterprise both locally here in Prague and international. Members and former members of SVCC serve in a wide variety of mission projects in:
- Bosnia-Herzegovina
- Romania
- Lithuania
- The United States of America
Our Mission and Discipleship team also helps us participate in more local mission activities here in Prague 6 and the city of Prague.
Youth Praha
A youth event each Friday night from 18.00 - 20.30 in our chapel building at IBTS.
